The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with balcony, we were happy about that. Hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, on the market. Also, our property was located 1 mile from tourist attractions like Mt Edith Cavell.

Truly enjoyed my amazing time here!
The staff and people generally were fairly friendly. The location was particularly good, for example, Jackman Garage was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Staff were especially helpful and patient at any hour!!
Recently renovated room, comfortable bed and we truly enjoyed nice bathroom. The location was decent and exceptionally nice: a market and all the main stores were within walking distance. Had brunch in the Marmot Lodge, located nearby.

We loved being here. Overall newly decorated and quiet hotel, we came here with our dog. The location was central, really close to the restaurants, the downtown and the ski hill and outside Jasper. The food was good.

Robin
The management was especially helpful and patient, as well as the staff. The hotel was in the central setting on the edges of the stairs. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from Olive Bistro and Lounge, ate there once or twice.
-
Thomas
The staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable in every interaction we had. This accommodation had a central setting close to downtown. Further, it was next to town center, and Alberta.

Eric
The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the center, making it a bit quieter. There are a few restaurants nearby that are more reasonably priced, providing some dining options. the hotel is situated near the Columbia parkway, although road closures may affect access.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, as mentioned in some reviews.
